I enjoy the Silver sneakers fitness class very much! My favorite instructor is Stacey! Good for all fitness level in a senior setting. I also do weight training and they have really good equipment and a good variety. Very nice showers and sauna area also.
Really great gym and i enjoy working out and the gym is very clean and the equipment is very nice, however i do have some suggestions. First of all the gym should replace the current “hack squat” with an actual one because that is a must have for any gym, and a standing calf raise machine because its arguably the best calf machine, another one which is pretty rare, but would be much better than the v-squat would be the pendulum squat. These machines would really improve the gym so hopefully I’ll get to use one of these in there some day. If they can add these they’ll get 5 stars ;)
We moved to Gadsden area a couple years ago and joined Absolute Fitness. This is a great gym! I enjoyed it every time I went. I got to be good friends with Sharon and she is great, very pleasant and extremely helpful. Very nice gym and great staff.
This is an amazing gym. It’s got everything you could want. There is a CrossFit or functional training side too. Highly recommend
A friendly place to work out. Good equipment and smiling faces when you enter the door.
Cleanliness and organization doesn’t seem to factor in at this gym. Weights and dumbbells out of place everywhere and I’ve never once seen a staff member go around cleaning. People don’t rack weights properly and staff does nothing about it even when something is said. Floors are nasty, locker rooms are disgusting. Worst gym experience I’ve ever had and unfortunately I’m locked into a contract. Only good thing is their price of drinks and protein snacks.
Gym is full of equipment. Cool people there. Great atmosphere. There is something for everyone in here. Love the concept of 24 hours would definitely recommend to anyone who loves to workout late night.
